Today Emily,
Iven, Julie & I went to Fantasy Springs Casino to support Mark in his 3rd year at a cooking
competition. There were 15 chefs, 5 each for
appetizer, entree & dessert. There was also unlimited champagne, which is always nice. The food I tasted was incredible, every chef needed to incorporate dates in
their meal, I never knew they could be so good (or so well hidden!). Mark did a Thai soup with mushrooms & a shrimp 'date' skewer. For anyone who knows me, this was heaven for me, I LOVE cooking and food. We all had a blast and Mark-we had a
unanimous vote on the way home and you win our people's choice-hands down!!!
