Camping in the ChuckWallas

A few weeks ago Eric got a group of people together to go camping out North of the Salton Sea.  They had a blast as usual and did some hikes, lots of biking & jeep rides.  Maybe next time I'll brave it with the twins!

The Olsen's visit and soccer pictures

Last weekend Bryce, Jackie & Odin came out & visited us for the weekend from Oak Park.  It was great to see them and the boys all got along so well.  Hopefully they will come visit again very soon!!  We also went to the Los Compadres ranch annual cookout, one of our neighbors works there so she hooked us all up with tickets.  All the neighborhood boys got into it and enjoyed the music & checking out the horses.Bryce took some time to entertain the boys with a story, too cute!!

A little more Halloween!

For actual Halloween and trick or treating we went to the Sickenberger's again this year.  They live in a great neighborhood that has lots of kids & decorated houses.  The kids loved playing together & Mason & Luke got to try out Mark & Vern's dice costumes.  I have already reserved them for next year!!Julie & I went as referees since all of the adults dressed up too.A little difficult to sneak in a kiss when in a dice costume! The big boys doing a candy trade.  Ty loved it and managed to get rid of lots of candy to get his favorites.  Being the youngest he kind of got the short end of the stick in the trading but I was happy with smaller amount of candy.Mason & Drew after the trick or treating.  I think they like each other!

Adults only party at the Zimmermans!!!

Friday night we had the pleasure of attending an adults only halloween party!!  It was so much fun and everyone did such a great job of dressing up.  Our friends are so much fun!!!  It was kind of awkward on Sunday though when I took Ty into the office with me for a while and my boss asked him what he was for halloween & he told him mommy was a referee on Saturday and a 'naughty cop' on Friday.  Gotta love the 6 year old talk!

Kiddie Kollege Parade and then.....Champagne!

On Friday the boys had their annual Halloween parade at Kiddie Kollege.  Lucky for me V, Vern & Tash all still have kids there too so we all took the day off of work.  The kids were so cute & did such a great job.  And afterwards we treated ourselves to some bottomless champagne and lots & lots of laughs downtown Palm Springs.  One of the best days in a long time.  I'm lucky to have such great friends!!  And as of this week, all back working at Merrill Lynch together again, I can't wait!!
