Soccer Buddies

Ty, Zachy, Dean & Roman all had games around the same time on Saturday and I got some great pictures.  Ty & Roman are Pit Vipers, Zachy a Coral Snake & Dean a Garter Snake.  It was so fun & cute seeing the boys in their uniforms and enjoying each other.  Ty played Dean the second game on Saturday and Ty's team won, 22-0.  They have a secret weapon of a huge, great player (V wanted to do a birth certificate check on him) and Ty scored 8 goals & got player of the week.  He was so proud!  Check out the background, could we live in a more beautiful place this time of year? The little ones hanging out together. 

First week of soccer & pumpkins!

This past weekend was the first week of Soccer for Ty, Roman, Zach & Zoe.  They had so much fun, still a bit warm but they don't care!We also did some pumpkin carving...or the boys did some seeding & Eric did the carving-nice job!!

Last weekend Eric & Ty went with Eric's 8th graders to the UCLA vs Oregon game at the Rose Bowl.  Ty loves being around the big kids & had so much fun!On Sunday we went to the pumpkin patch in Yucaipa.  It was a little chilly but the boys managed to enjoy every ride & jumpy there.

We spend the weekend in Big Bear & Ty got the twins tattoos at the arcade, they wanted me to take a picture to show 'Yi-Ven'.  They also have their Iven hats on, looks like they may be needing a NorCal shirt like mommy & Iven too!

Oktoberfest weekend in Big Bear

We spent this past weekend up at the Posa's cabin in Big Bear.  The perfect mountain retreat.  They weren't there but we brought Kerri, Niko & Roman to do some Oktoberfest celebrating.  The weather was great, cool, crisp, sunny.  We had a blast, the kids got along great and we had some good German beer & food.  What a fun weekend!

Camping in Idyllwild

This past weekend we got out of the heat and took the kids camping up in Idyllwild.  It was so nice and cool up there and the camp site was great.  We had two kids next to us that were our kids age & they became fast friends.  Ty & Jenna kept trying to outwit the little kids and go off on their own, we think there was a little crush going on.  The only problem was that we couldn't have a campfire, too dry in Southern Cal for them since all of the fires.  We did a little modification & did smores on the stove.  Tastes just as good according to the boys.

Southern Cal really is beautiful, love the mountains, lakes & different areas.  Luke as king of the rock at the camp site.Ty had to climb every rock & have me take a picture every time.  He loves to be the big brother.
