This weekend started our summer migration to Carlsbad. What a way to start the summer, great friends and beautiful weather at the beach.

Sunday we took the train up to the pier in San Clemente for some lunch and good times.

Afterwards we hit up the new Stone Brewery in Oceanside. Very convenient.
The boys got some good rootbeer to join in.
Monday was another beautiful beach day. Luke wanted to try some surfing. Didn't last long with the strong undertow but I like the ambition.
And tonight, someone made the Palm Springs All Star team, baseball is not over!!!
