In late July we went up to Auburn to visit Emily and Iven and ended up staying at Em's mom's place. A happy place for kids with raspberries to pick, chicken's to check for eggs and cute little pigs to feed. 
Auburn is part of the Placer County wine trail so we got to visit a few wineries Friday afternoon and then headed down to the Auburn fairgrounds for Fast Friday-dirt bike races without brakes-a classic Friday activity!!!
Saturday we hung out by the American River. Thanks Em & I for a wonderful weekend! Heart you!
We ended up leaving Luke & Mace with Emily & Iven for the week and I went home while Eric and Ty went back to Shaver lake for the weekend. 
Kerri and Eric had lots of fun exploring with the bikes to remote lakes and doing some fishing.
