This weekend I went to Laughin for a river float with Tash, Zolt, Julie, Mack and Gabby. It was my first trip to Laughlin and I was a little anxious of the drive, traffic, 30,000 people floating down a river....it was FUN!!! It felt like the weekend flew by. We left the hotel at 9am for a shuttle to the launch site, we blew up our rafts at the inflating station and then started floating. The day was hot but the water was chilly.
Julie and I shared a raft and had a floating cooler for our drinks.
4 1/2 hours of floating and fun. I'm super sore today form jumping in and out of the raft and paddling but I can't wait to do it again next year!!
