Two weeks ago Eric and Julie summited San Jacinto from the tram in snow shoes with 3 feet of snow...9 miles or something crazy like that...5 1/2 hours. Yikes!!! I admire that they did it, I know I couldn't!!!
Julie ended up sliding down this on her bootie, apparently very steep, more so than it seems on pictures. 
Eric's training before he climbs the North face of San Jacinto in March, a crazy hike from snow creek in the desert off the 10 to the summit....
