Easter Sunday at my parent's house.
Over Spring Break we visited Eric's sister Jill & her family in Sacramento. Emily flew with us since her mom lives there as well. We visited her mom's preschool in Auburn and the boys got to feed the chickens. Luke loved it!

Tasha's brother, Justin, and his family visited for Easter. They are from England and have the cutest 3 girls ever. This is the youngest, Grace, with Luke & Mace.

In January Eric took Ty to the Posa's cabin up in Big Bear. He tried sking for the first time and did a pretty good job. I am hoping we can get him snowboarding this year!!
Peyton had a Superman Bowling party for his 5th birthday. Vern & her mom made superman capes for everyone, it was so cute & Ty still puts it on for dress up.
Mason & Drew Sickenberger. This was taken right after we caught Mason feeding her, it was so cute watching him pick up food for her, a sign of things to come, maybe someday she will be Drew Sickenberger-Hershberger!
Eric is going to kill me for posting this but I could not resist, Mason is so pretty and I always wondered what a girl would look like. It's also pretty funny that the toys they like to play with most when we go to Posa's are Zoe's dolls and baby stroller. 
When Zach and Ty were babies Tasha sent in a picutre to the Desert Sun and it was printed, this is our sweet little boys 4 years later!!!
The day after Christmas Eric, Ty and a bunch of our friends went camping in the Chocolate Mountains down by the Salton Sea. They did lots of exploring and it got really cold at night!!! Luckily someone brought a DVD player so Ty and his friend Cass could sit in the car and watch movies.

This is Eric, the boys and Eric's friend from Minneapoils. Zack and Eric have been friends for years and have traveled all over together. Zack was in our wedding and he and his girlfriend Jessi (below with a lovestruck Ty) came out in January, 2007 for Mason's baptism. Zack is his godfather & our good friend Julie is his godmother. My sister Melissa and her husband Jonathan are Luke's godparents. He was baptized in December, 2005.
This was my attempt at a Christmas picture of all three boys smiling and looking at me at the same time. I just could not make it happen.
For Ty's 4th birthday he wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese, what kid wouldn't at that age. I took Ty, Dean, Zach & Peyton and they loved it, the mom's got in some good skeetball time too.

The twins even came to help Ty celebrate his birthday at preschool and got to sit and eat lunch with the big kids.

I think with twins there are so many fun things you can do with them, dressing them up is one of my favorite!!! I could not wait for them to be Thing 1 and Thing 2 last year. I even attempted to dye their hair blue, as much as they would let me!

Ty played soccer through the YMCA last fall with his friend Peyton. Eric says it was 'organized chaos' but I thought it was so darn cute.

Eric bravely took 3 1/2 year old Ty to the Boundary Waters for 4 days last summer. For those of you that don't know what it is, it is a huge area between Minnesota and Canada with tons of lakes. No motors are allowed and it is a pack-in/pack-out, leave not trace thing. Eric's friends Zack, Jon & Chad went as well at Cali, all in two canoes.
Ty got used to drinking all of his water spiked with red Gatorade. His favorite was mac & cheese made from red gatorade, pretty cool to a 3 year old. 
Ty had an awesome time with all of the guys & just adores them. They all took some time and showed him some special things, all of which I hope the pictures remind him of over the years.

Ok, so I am not so good at this yet & I can't figure out how to rotate the picture. This is Ty & his cousin Will (he is 8 months older) at Grandma's Karen's cabin in Minnesota last summer. One had to go so of course they had to go together, in the lake, off the boat. Boy thing I guess.

Ty & Eric white water rafting in Jackson Hole Wy. They stopped on the drive to Minnesota for a few days and stayed with our friends Brad & Sarah. Brad & Sarah have since moved to the desert and plan on getting married in Jackson in June 2008.

Ty at his first (of many I hope) Chicago Cubs game. We had seats right behind the visitor's dugout thanks to a friend of my dad's. It ended up being a double header and Ty made it though with only a short nap! He really enjoyed the train & L rides. 
We visited two of my girlfriends in Tinley Park, IL. Jill, Katie & I went to college together and between us have 7 boys. It was so fun so see them and their kids.
This is Emily with Mason & Luke. She has been their nanny since they were 5 months old. We could not have made it through the past year and a half without her, we are so lucky she is part of our family. Iven too!!
We took Ty & Cali to Ocean Beach in May 2006. They both love the beach.
