Family in Mission Beach, SD

We were lucky enough to have the Benjamins come all the way to San Diego for a long weekend to hang by the beach.  My parents rented a house on the boardwalk and we took Cesar along too.

I asked if he wanted to see mine and he yelled NO as fast as he could. What???

Wisconsin, Big Bear and a new school year.

Eric and the boys went to stay with Pitty and Sam at their cabin in Wisconsin for a few days at the end of their trip.  The dogs had a blast and Pitty cooked some winning dinners. 

Meanwhile....back in Palm Springs...this kid got his permit.

Julie, Kristen, Lori, Tash and I went up to Big Bear for a beer/bike festival.  It was a GREAT girls weekend and we got to spend time with Kerri, LJ and Niko too.

We celebrated Kristen & Kerri's birthdays.

A fun dinner with these lovely ladies.

Eric started taking this same picture in this same spot with Cali and Ty about 12 years ago.  The tradition continues with Auggie, Luke & Mace.

Girls brunch at Tropicale...

First day of 7th and 10th.  Ty is about as excited as he was last year.

Ty has been moved to quarterback this year.  He is starting JV and back up Varsity.  So far so good!!

Summer fun!

On a lovely Saturday in July I had a fabulous date with these two, Lori and Omar.  We started out at the Marlin Bar.

And then on to see the new art downtown...the babies.  Creepy large babies with smashed in faces.

Then on to La Quinta Brewing.

And the Spa Casino, Tropical and topped off the night at Chill Bar.

These two are way too much fun!!!

Meanwhile in Brainard MN, the boys made their annual trek to Paul Bunyon Land and took the required pictures.  Only missing Ty in the pic of cousins. 

Ty was in Lake Havasu with his friends taking a break from football.

Jake and Kari hosted a great party!!!
