Luke and Mason spent a few hours Thanksgiving morning playing football at the park with their team.  Coach made it fun but I think he was squeezing in an extra practice.

The last weekend in October I had the incredible opportunity to go to Austin TX to meet up with my 5 best girls from high school.  Friends since 1986 and it was like we didn't skip a beat.  3 from IL, 2 from CA and 1 lives in WA.

We laughed until we cried, stayed up way to late, ate and drank too much and enjoyed every last minute.  I came home feeling more complete and content.

We stayed at a Kimpton hotel, the Hotel Van Zandt and it was amazing.

Austin is such a fun city!!  I enjoyed every minute of my weekend with my girls and we are already planning our next trip.

Ty had 2 amazing games while I was gone.  I'm bummed I missed his last games but I'm excited to see what next season will bring.

They went to Knotts a few weeks ago with some football buddies.  

We celebrated Lori's big birthday at a fab brunch at Las Casuelas last Sunday.

In August I went to Del Mar with Nadia for Kristin's Birthday.  We stayed in Oceanside but spent Saturday beer tasting with the ponies.

On 9-11 Luke and I went to the PS Fire station at 5:10am for their ceremony honoring the fallen men and women. It was a lovely event with a very emotional video.

For Julie's birthday six of us ladies went to the Sound bath in Landers.  We met up with a bunch of people at Pappy & Harriet's in Pioneertown for lunch and drinks, such a great day!!
