Fetch family Christmas vacation in Destin FL...part 1.

Eric, the boys, my parents and I flew to Destin FL on Dec 19th for the start of a family vacation/reunion with both of my sisters and their 6 kids.  We arrived a few days early and enjoyed some beautiful days on the beach. 

It may have been a bit chilly but a heated pool was all they needed!!

By very late on Wednesday Betsy, Brady, Joel and Chase had arrived so we went straight to the beach after breakfast the next day.

We rode our bikes to the Harbor and went to an awesome late lunch at Dewey Destin Harborside then  explored the harbor a bit with some water balls and jumpy action. 

The sunset was legit.

Miss, Jono and their 4 littles joined us at noon on Friday and they promptly jumped all over Ty.  During the 1st day Wes called me mom once, Drew did it once and Luke called Miss mom once.  Miss asked Syd if we look alike and she said Miss is prettier, Betsy is brighter and I am darker...we joked about it being on the outside or inside.  Maybe both.

The 7 youngest grandkids in front of the Back Porch.  We had some fabulous seafood.  I had Grouper the first 3 days we were there and I loved every bite.

Riding and the Ritz

Over Thanksgiving break Eric took the boys riding a few times in Ocotillo Wells, they love it!

We got Ty a new KTM 125 for his birthday/Christmas and Eric and Ethan took him out for a ride to celebrate.

We went to the Ritz for Christmas drinks with my parents and got some great pics with their tree.

Eric and I went to the annual Props and Hops beer tasting at the airport, always a fun event.

Halloween, Homecoming, Football & Friends

We had our friend Alax spend the last weekend in October with us which happened to be our anniversary and a Halloween party all in one.  16 years!!

Ty and his buddies got ready at our house for the dance, so cute to see them looking so good (and not all smelly from football).  Ty and his date, Valerie.

The Pride Parade was pretty fabulous.

We celebrated Niko's birthday downtown with some pretty rad chicks.

Veteran's day hike for these boys.

Ty's first Varsity game, they are in the playoffs and pull some freshman up.  They won 31-29 with 8 seconds left and won the quarter finals last night in overtime, 27-21.  Both such exciting games!!

We can't wait to see what happens next Friday at the semi finals.

Luke and Mason made the most of both of my parent's having walkers at the moment due to my dad's knee replacement.  They raced.
