My Birthday weekend!!

I had a birthday for days last week!!  We went to Acqua Pazza for dinner with my parents, always yummy!

And what kind of birthday weekend would it have been without a trip to Carlsbad!  Julie and the Posas joined us for extra fun.

Saturday we loaded up the boys and Julie and headed off to Anaheim to see the Angels play the Yankees.  A beautiful California day, tailgating and baseball.  

I love that he loves baseball.  It's pretty fun to go to a game with him, talking about players and plays.  I can't wait for the Twins and Padres games!

Sunday for Father's day was another funday next door.  Rich cooked up some good carne, rice, beans and the best salsa around.

Happenings around here.

Big stuff around Palm Springs.  Obama flew in on Friday to spend a sweltering weekend in the desert and parked his ride right where we could see it.  Pretty cool Air Force One.

Eric went to Catalina fishing for the weekend, more out of place pics to come.

Saturday Julie and I took the boys to the first Power game of the season, very fun, especially with the misters. Luke's happy face.

Monday, Wed & Fri Ty has baseball practice so it's just me and these two, they can always find ways to have fun.

This afternoon we went to Eric's school for his end of the year party.  The boys had a blast on the big slide.

Peyton is in 8th grade and played basketball with Ty and baseball two leagues up so we saw him alot, a good kid that my boys adore.  He took charge of my boys tonight.

I kinda wish I could have done this.

Weekend fun around here.

Friday night we had the end of the year baseball bbq and Ty's team got their medals for 1st place.  Afterwards Ty and Luke and Mace had friends Aiden and Rory over for pizza and a sleepover.

Saturday morning we had a great time with the water slide at the neighbors.

And Sunday morning, more of the same but with the whole neighborhood, mimosas and great friends.

It was a super fun Sunday Funday and hopefully more to come in the summer heat.
