What's a birthday without a party!!

We had a bunch of friends over for a pirate party for Luke & Mace. We all had so much fun & it was a huge success!!!

Birthday Funday!!!

My darling boys turn 4 today!!! I decided to take them to Disneyland this year. They had never been. It is so cool to go on your birthday, they got a special button & everyone went out of their way to say 'Happy Birthday', did I mention it's free on your birthday?? Another big incentive to take the two of them today. Their smiles were priceless.

Buzz Lightyear Blasters ride. They loved it!! So much so they wanted to go again and Luke told me it would be 'awesome' if we lived in there. Unlike Star Tours that I told them was my favorite & during the ride Luke leaned over in terror & yelled in my ear 'Why this your favorite ride mom? It's scary!!'

Birthdays....

Last week we celebrated Mason & Luke's birthday at Kiddie Kollege. So cute & same crown colors as last year.

Sept 11th we celebrated Julie's birthday with lots of friends downtown at Matchbox.

LA County Fair

Last weekend we went to the fair with Roman, Kerri & Niko. We stayed at the Sheraton which is right next door, super convenient for twins who need naps and 6 year olds that need a swimming break!

Really? Fried white castle burgers? Fried avocado?

The four boys on a ride, they loved it & asked if we could go again this weekend. I think we'll just have to wait for next year!

First day of school

Ty started 1st grade August 31st at Katherine Finchy in Palm Springs. Two weeks into it and he still digs it. His teacher is super cute and he loves seeing different friends every day.

And stopped by any skate park Ty saw, he's obsessed!!! And finally...home sweet home.

On our last day the boys got to go swimming in Lake Calhoun. They have a cool little beach area and we all stretched out & watched.

Our last night in Minnesota we were lucky enough to go out with Zack & Jessi at Vincent's with Pitty and then meet up with Tony & Jon. We had so much fun and the rooftop at Brit's was a blast. Many thanks to Jake for driving us downtown in a thunderstorm and picking us up at 2am!!!

On Friday my great friend Jill drove up from Chicago and met us at Zack & Jessi's uptown. It was so fun to hang out with some of my favorite girls!! I'm lucky to have friends like these!!
