October 2013

My footballers ready for game day.

Ty had a school project he did with some of his besties, Willow, Nic and Lexi.  They did a great job and managed to have so much fun while working.

The Santa Maria of Legos.

My sis sent me this and I had to share, Sydney is the cutest!!

Friday Eric and I took the boys to Lulu's for dinner.  They had mussels, Eric and I each got 2.  They are hogs. I made 5 lbs of clams last night and it turned out to be the same story, Eric and I each got a few and they had the rest.

Saturday morning Gabe picked me up at 5:45am and we went to do the 6k tram challenge....all up hill!

Reward for a tram 6k well done!

Winners!!

We did our pumpkins on Sunday, can't do them too early here or they will rot in the heat!

Saturday we went to an Oktoberfest party, these guys were the life of the party!!

Happy Halloween!

Lots of Sports!!

First game, first at-bat for winter baseball and this kids has a home run!  It really got him excited for the season!

Saturday morning flag football has started with the boys on 3 different teams.  With 3 baseball games or practices a week and then 3 football games on Saturday mornings, I would say we are getting our fill of sports!

Our new pitching machine.  Chuck and his boys came over last week to check it out, it's a success!

Last weekend Cindy invited me out for a friends birthday, I think the kids were more excited for the lime than we were.

No better way to jump in the tramp than in the rain!!

Friday night lights with my favorite pitcher.  The team we played against tried to recruit Ty for their travel team.  Proud mom, he's really good!

Luke's team.

Mason.

And Ty.  They love it.

Sunday it was beautiful and we took a lovely family bike ride to the donut shop.

This picture is from March of 2010 when Timothy Bradley came to support opening day of spring baseball.  He is really a part of the community and supporting kids fitness and after winning a title boxing match this past weekend, he was dropping his daughter off at school this morning (same as the boys) and chatting up the kids and parents.  Cool guy.

Weekend fun and Kansas

Las Saturday I took the boys to a football camp at the park, they loved in and are now so excited for their flag football league.
And afterwards, Saturday funday with Vern and the kids at their new house.  Always a great time!!

And Sunday Funday next door. We had the blow up bouncy, lots of kids, adults and plenty of carne asada.  The best way to top off the weekend.

Thursday I flew to Kansas to spend the weekend with my sister and her littles.  We had lots of fun park time.

I wanted to take this one home with me!

I took them for donuts, twice.

Miss and I got to do a dinner out together, so much fun with her.  Sister Love.

And back home on Sunday, Ty had 3 friends over to work on a school project.

The work ended quickly with lots of tramp jumps, food and some pool time.

Eric finished the batting cage with a little help from Rich. And we are up and running.  Winning!

This old girl, 13 and still jumps her old bootie up on the bed when I am leaving for the day.  Kinda jealous.
